Mainstreaming HIV/AIDS at various levels within an organization is being increasingly recognized as a fundamental component of expanding the responses to the epidemic. HIV/AIDS is becoming a workplace issue not only because it affects the workplace, but also the workplace does play a vital role in limiting the spread and effects of the epidemic. After all, organizations are a microcosm of communities they work in. Therefore, addressing HIV/AIDS within the organization is absolutely essential if the organization is to work effectively. Organizations should also develop contribute towards the workforce and the deepening of an organization’s understanding of the multi-dimensional effects of the epidemic.
4) School plant nursery and horticulture development.
To promote community sensitization and awareness on environmental rehabilitation and preservation.
To raised practical Knowledge and technical skills of school children and teachers in production and management of trees and Vegetable gardens.

5) Children and youth promotion.
To provide access to basic education through the promotion and support of Alternative basic information.
To improve community awareness on the basic rights of children and child protection.
By constructing a multi-purpose youth center with various auxiliary facilities in Akaki town, contribute towards the physical (skills), emotional, psychological and mental development of youth groups.
By providing sports, educational, recreational and creative art development services for Akaki community.
To help reduce street-ism, juvenile delinquency and other social problems often “associated” with youth as a result of lack of the above facilities and services.
Improve access to books, IT services and information materials for youth groups in Akaki town.
6)Small project funding- (Delegated funding).
To improve the living conditions of poor and marginalized groups by providing them with financial and technical support for the implementation of small-scale and community-based development projects.
To encourage the establishment and expansion of local NGOs in the implementation of urban and rural development programs for poverty reduction in Ethiopia.
To capacitate new and emerging local NGOs in project planning and management (capacity building).
